Athens Academy's Summer Program has a great variety of fun activities open to ALL students in the community! From traditional camps and sports camps to programs focused on technology and education, there's something for everyone ages 5-18!

For the 2025 Summer Camp Season, the Athens Area Humane Society is offering 2 sets of week-long camps that will provide an opportunity for children to engage in experiences that teach and encourage empathy, responsibility, and furry companionship

Creative Explorers Camp is a summer day camp series hosted by The Torrance Center for Creativity @ UGA designed to engage and enhance the imaginative capacities of rising 3rd-5th graders! Each week offers fun and immersive experiences on unique, creative topics such as art, music, performance, nature, and more! 

Foxfire Woods and Farm offers a unique summer camp experience that combines the joys of outdoor exploration with hands-on learning by teaching children about the importance of nature, healthy foods, physical activity, and animal care for ages 2.5 to 12.

The Oconee County Parks and Recreation Department offer a large variety of summer programming for ages 3 through 18 that includes fitness, mountain biking, soccer, volleyball, cross country, and more!

We'd love to have your kids join us for our super fun, super chill, super creative Kid's Farm Camp at Sweet Olive Farm! Kids ages 6 to 12 will learn about animal care while enjoying music, art, and farm exploration.

The mission of Wild Earth Camp is to connect children, ages 4-13, to the natural environment while they learn and have fun. We do this through exploration, play and teaching earth skills like building natural structures, tracking wildlife, crafting, storytelling, and studying birds and native plants. We will spend all of our time outside in the fields, forest and along the streams at the 50-acre Piedmont Preserve located off of Chase St. near downtown Athens.
